The plan is based upon your preferences , lifestyle and goals. NO you wont have to go on pointless ragi , bran , chia seeds, shakes , fruits , detox diets ,haha. If that’s what your asking. Lifestyle Integration Form would be shared with you in the beginning of the program.
It would depend upon your blood analysis , goals and challenges you are facing if your body needs additional supplements apart from dietary nutrition.
Diets don’t work in my opinion . As per a research over 90% of the dieters gain back lost weight as they could not adhere to a diet for a long term. We at coachedbyak build sustainable habits built around your daily foods and lifestyle.
It really depends upon your goals , lifestyle , age and health status . After understanding what you need , whatever is required for you, and doable for you, that plan would be provided to you, ranging from anywhere between daily walks to , home workouts , yoga and gym workouts etc.
