💪 Meet Captain M, a doctor in the armed forces stationed in a remote area, facing challenges like a fixed food menu and limited fitness infrastructure. During our consultation, she said, ”Chaahe jo marzi karlu, mere weight 65 se neeche nahi jaata!” Even with 15k + steps a day, she was stuck.

🚫 Her struggles included:

1. A limited food menu.
2. No access to good fitness facilities.
3. Throwing in the towel when the scale fluctuated upward (a major problem).
4. Inconsistent effort and tracking.

📚 I mainly focused on her education (see slide 2 from our private FB community) as an example, getting her consistent and explaining that weight fluctuations are part of the journey throughout. Of course, we also worked on fixing the foundations like sleep and nutrition intake.

🎉 For the last two weeks, Captain M celebrated Diwali and traveled for a vacation. She was highly anxious that all her 10 weeks of progress would be undone. But guess what? She still made progress, enjoyed her time, and even had “paharo vaali Maggi” guilt-free!
